Food and the Environment Barb Sattler and her team are starting a monthly webinar series – What All Nurses Need to Know About Food, Agriculture, and Health. Pesticides, Sustainability, Climate Change, and more. I don’t have the exact dates and times (they are working out the techy connecting part) but will let you know as soon as I get it. To whet your appetite take a look at an offering from the NYT. The food and climate writers must have had a potluck. We may not agree with all their points, but good conversation starters. Questions.
